Why Have your Hens in Bali?
Massages, shopping, beach clubs, cocktails… did we mention shopping?
We've planned hens parties all over the world, and honestly, every destination has its own unique flare. But there's something about Bali that just hits different. It's the kind of place where the days are slow and sun-soaked, and the nights are as wild as you want them to be.
Bali is a destination that truly offers something for everyone, making it the perfect spot for your Hens Party or girls weekend away.
You'll find everything from beach clubs and rooftop bars to luxury day spas and traditional Balinese healers, plus sunrise yoga, market shopping, and boat days out to the Gili Islands, all within easy reach no matter where you're staying.
If it's luxury you're after, Bali is bound to exceed all expectations. Think private villas with your own pool overlooking rice fields, or five-star resorts in Seminyak and Nusa Dua with infinity pools that spill straight into ocean views. There you'll find indulgent spa days, incredible dining, and beach clubs that turn daytime drinking into a genuine art form.
If you love a destination with a bit of soul, time your trip around one of Bali's local festivals, or build in a day trip to Ubud for temples, rice terraces, and the famous Monkey Forest (hold onto your sunglasses).
Top Tips and Ideas
Bali's traffic can be a bit of a wild card, so getting around takes a little planning. Scooters are the fastest way to dodge the traffic and feel like a local, but if you're not confident riding one (or you've had one too many cocktails), private drivers and taxis are easy to book and surprisingly affordable. Apps like Grab are your best friend for getting around without the haggling. And if you're staying somewhere central like Seminyak or Canggu, a lot of the best beach clubs, spas, and markets are walkable too, so you can wander, shop, and stop for a cocktail along the way without ever really needing a plan.
By day, Bali is yours to explore however you like. Treat the bride tribe to a floating breakfast and a spa day in Ubud, hike to one of the hidden waterfalls just outside town, or take a pic of your group among the rice terraces at Tegalalang before a quick stop at Tirta Empul's holy water temple.
