Byron does high tea differently. Your hens settle onto old-fashioned picnic blankets and cushions, with proper crockery, a beautiful lace table centre and a teapot infuser and coffee. The spread includes savoury treats like home-cooked meatloaf or terrine and a gourmet salad, plus scones with cream and jam and homemade bread rolls.
