Sales and Event Planner
Buttoned Up Events is an expanding company changing the landscape of bucks, hens, team-building, and group travel, across Australia and New Zealand.
Offering packages to suit all types of corporate, team-building, bucks, hens, group, social, and virtual events under our four brands Team Days, Team Days Virtual, The Bucks Co and House of Hens, Buttoned Up Events prides itself on creating the best events in the business.
Located in Fitzroy, Melbourne, we are on the search for two new sales and event planners, to join our team on FT basis and make it their own with an immediate start! You will have the opportunity to work with our team at The Bucks Co and House of Hens, selling and planning amazing bucks and hens trips across Australia. You could also have the opportunity to work with our corporate clients, building team-building days, corporate retreats and bringing teams together at Team Days.
Working with local suppliers, key business partners and customers for 40 hours per week, this role provides a unique opportunity to work at the coal face for an ambitious company.
You will be tasked with creating and selling awesome events for our clients all across Australia and managing the sales process from start to finish. You'll be tasked with managing inbound enquiries, creating quotes jam-packed with fun experiences and accommodation and converting leads into sales. You'll have clear sales targets, lots of customer contact and opportunities to exceed targets. You will need to have a knack for sales and be customer service-focused. You'll also manage the event planning process from start to finish, making sure every event goes off without a hitch. Ultimately you'll help our bucks, hens and clients enjoy the greatest day/weekend/week of their lives!
